Geoff founded Geoffrey Weiss & Associates 28 years ago. The company began in San Francisco, and now is located in beautiful Laguna Beach, California. He started with a vision of developing a recruiting firm capable of sourcing and placing high-caliber talent, and his company has grown substantially over the years, providing not only the best candidates, but establishing long-term partnerships with many clients. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech, he appreciates both the technical requirements as well as traditional sales and marketing roles in a number of medical industries.

Geoff is highly ethical—a rarity in the world of recruiting—and will not jeopardize the relationships he builds with his clients.
